All decals are in their original packages unless noted otherwise above. Some packages may be open, but contents are complete. Older decals which may otherwise
come apart in water can be used by first spraying a coat of Testors Dullcote onto them. Allow the decals to dry before cutting and soaking them.
If you do this, the film may take longer to separate from the paper, but they will hold together better when used.
