figurine is part of a collection of items I am selling for the family
of someone who has recently passed on… to help them pay their
expenses.
It was purchased new by the original owner and has been in an enclosed display case since that time.
NOTE:
WE
ARE NOT EXPERTS ON FIGURINES!  We do not know what it is made of but it
does have weight for a small item (approx 5oz unwrapped/unboxed).

Unlike some sellers who ship fragile
items in the smallest box possible or in bubble mailers to save postage,
I
DO
NOT
do that.
Our #1 goal is a satisfied customer when the item
they paid for arrives undamaged…
PERIOD
!
All fragile items are wrapped in several layers of bubble
wrap then placed in a box with plenty of biodegradable packing material between
the item and the outside of the box.  NEVER air-packs and NEVER crumpled
newspaper.  Using “REAL” store bought packing materials and a
new, previously unused box (not a used box taken from the trash)
costs money and we are not afraid to go the extra expense to ensure a safe
delivery.
If you want air-packs (that always arrive deflated), crumpled
newspaper or tiny re-used boxes… there are plenty of sellers who will
accommodate you.
As a buyer you should always email the seller
before
you buy a fragile item and ask how it will be packed.
It’s your time and money wasted when the item arrives broken!!

DUE TO THE FRAGILE NATURE OF THIS ITEM..
this item is shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail
(with insurance).
HANDLING TIME
:
This item will be shipped within Two (2) Business Days after receipt of
clear payment.  If payment is received on Thursday or Friday – it will
be shipped the following week.

NO RETURNS
:
Due to the fragile nature
of this figurine, and because in the past we accepted a return on a fragile
item but the buyer did not feel the need to carefully wrap it as we did, and it
arrived broken.  Due to his carelessness his use of a tiny box (not
the one we used), the USPS claim was denied and we were out the money after he
opened a dispute and eBay refunded the buyer when the tracking shows it was
received… not caring it arrived broken due to his carelessness!
This item
will be shipped USPS PRIORITY MAIL WITH insurance
If it arrives damaged or broken due to the
horrible handling by the USPS, please contact them directly as it was shipped
with insurance and the shipper is responsible for any damage that occurs while
they have the package.
